Job summary

Fuller Technologies Cement India LLP is seeking a Production Engineer to supervise and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time production and high-quality output. You will implement SOPs and lead a production team to improve efficiency and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related) with proven ops experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective people management.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within production processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.
