Job summary

Senor Metals Pvt. Ltd. in Jamnagar, Gujarat, seeks energetic Diploma engineers for Production Engineering and Manufacturing Operations. Freshers or up to 3 years' experience welcome. You will monitor production, ensure targets are met, and drive productivity and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.

• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Maintain product quality and ensure strict adherence to defined SOPs and work instructions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other concerned departments for smooth operations.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and support timely corrective actions.
• Perform basic technical calculations related to production lines and machine specifications.
• Monitor machine productivity, process efficiency, cycle time, and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, productivity improvement, and waste reduction.
• Support implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Contribute to process automation and Industrial 4.0 initiatives.
• Conduct Why-Why Analysis for issues related to Machines, Manpower, Equipment, Processes.
• Ensure effective utilization of machines, materials, manpower, and other production resources.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and productivity enhancement activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with senior team members to improve production efficiency and overall plant performance.
