VI-SON CABLES PVT. LTD. in Pune (Maharashtra) seeks a production coordination professional to ensure daily production plan execution, audit compliance, and smooth cross-department collaboration. The role emphasizes maintaining 5S on the floor and meeting customer schedules.

Responsibilities include planning for the next three days, minimizing line rejections and reworks, and reducing floor inventory while coordinating with PPC and other departments for continuous production flow.

Formación

• Internal and External Audit must be conducted.
• Coordinate to achieve organizational goals across PQCDMS.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve daily production plan value as guided by PPC and review plan vs actual.
• Prepare A4 M for next three days production plan.
• Responsible for line rejection and rework and maintain Floor 5S condition.
• Achieve 100% adherence to Customer Schedule.
• Maintain low inventory on the floor.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
