Job summary

Freudenberg seeks a hands-on production planning professional to manage daily SAP-based production activities and outsourced processes. You will raise production orders, handle declarations, issue WI, and coordinate across departments to meet deadlines.

You will update BOM/Recipe in SAP and securely store related documents, while upholding quality, safety and environmental standards. Essential qualifications include a graduate with 5–10 years of experience, strong knowledge of production

• Knowledge of production processes and planning.
• Hands-on SAP production module experience and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities in SAP and outsourced processes.
• Raise production orders, declarations and WI issues; coordinate with departments.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of production orders with minimal delays.
• Update/Create BOM and Recipe in SAP; control and store production documents.
• Ensure quality, order, cleanliness and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities: Manage the daily production activities in SAP and outsourced processes in all aspects like Raising Production orders, declaration, WI issue etc. Should have good co-ordination skills with different departments and functions within the company and ensure that all production orders can be fulfilled within the required time and without major delays. Updating / Creation of BOM and Recipe of all products in SAP Control and storage of the production documents Indemnification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection.

Qualifications:

Any gradudate with 5 to 10 years of experience.
