Job summary

Kl ber Lubrication India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced production planner to manage daily production activities and coordinate with outsourced processes. You will work with SAP to raise production orders, update BOMs, and ensure timely fulfillment across departments.

The role requires 5–10 years in production planning, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and the ability to lead with initiative while maintaining safety and quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience in SAP production module and BOM/Recipe updates in SAP.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities in SAP and outsourced processes.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill production orders on time.
• Update/Create BOM and Recipe in SAP.
• Control and store production documents.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily production activities in SAP and outsourced processes in all aspects like Raising Production orders, declaration, WI issue etc.
• Should have good co-ordination skills with different departments and functions within the company and ensure that all production orders can be fulfilled within the required time and without major delays.
• Updating / Creation of BOM and Recipe of all products in SAP
• Control and storage of the production documents
• Indemnification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection

Qualifications:

• Any gradudate with 5 to 10 years of experience.

• Self-Motivated and open for changes
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ready to take responsibility and make decisions appropriately
• Good foresight with organization and planning skills
• Ability to communicate openly and constructively with subordinates, colleagues and superiors

• Should have Knowledge about production process in general
• Should have good experience in production planning.
