• Develop and maintain reusable test cases and data sets for Facets benefit configuration that validate complex plan designs and improve reliability of benefit administration for diverse health plan offerings.
• Execute functional integration and regression testing for Facets claims processing to confirm correct adjudication logic and to minimize claim payment errors that impact providers and members.
• Coordinate end to end test cycles across Facets and TriZetto Elements modules to verify seamless data flow between enrollment benefits and claims components within integrated product releases.
• Analyze production like defects and root causes in payer and provider use cases and translate findings into targeted regression coverage and improvements in test design for future releases.
