We arelooking for a hands-on and analytical Systems Integration Engineer with around4-7 years of experience in electromechanical product development, systemintegration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
The role involves working acrossmechanical, electrical, embedded, and optical systems to support advancedproduct platforms and improve overall system reliability, stability, andfunctionality.
The ideal candidate should havestrong expertise in hardware-software integration, sensor-based systems,debugging, and product-level engineering ownership. Candidates from machinevision, industrial products, laser systems, medical devices, robotics, embeddedsystems, or precision equipment industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting,maintenance, testing, and optimization of advanced electromechanicalsystems.
- Analyse system logs, sensoroutputs, and performance trends to identify root causes and implementcorrective actions.
- Work on integration anddebugging across hardware, embedded software, electrical, mechanical, andoptical systems.
- Support system validation,feature enhancement, and reliability improvement activities.
- Review engineering drawings,CAD models, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D,production, quality, and service teams for continuous product improvement.
- Work with sensors, cameras,actuators, motors, embedded controllers, and precision components.
- Coordinate with vendors andsubcontractors for technical support, part development, and qualityimprovements.
- Support configurationmanagement, engineering documentation, and product change controlactivities.
- Take ownership ofsystem-level performance, reliability, and product enhancementinitiatives.
- 4-7 years of experience insystem integration, product engineering, mechatronics, embedded systems,or electromechanical product development.
- Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics,Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
- Hands-on experience in atleast one of the following areas:
- Machine Vision / OpticalSystems
- Embedded Hardware &Software Integration
- Sensor-Based Systems
- Electro-Mechanical ProductDevelopment
- Strong debugging androot-cause analysis skills across hardware and software systems.
- Experience with sensors,actuators, motors, embedded controllers, cameras, or industrial electronicsystems.
- Ability to read engineeringdrawings, electrical schematics, and CAD models.
- Working knowledge of CADtools such as SolidWorks or equivalent.
- Familiarity withmanufacturing processes, assembly methods, and product testing workflows.
- Strong communication andcross-functional collaboration skills.
