Job summary

PERSOL in Mumbai, India seeks a Product Support professional to back revenue management and regional targets. You will assist PMs in business dashboards, MIS, and cross-functional revenue initiatives, while supporting UAT and onboarding transitions.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, data-driven dashboards, and collaboration with product teams to drive digitization and commercialization activities across banking products.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and operations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency and Industrialization Project Support for all PMs.
• Support Cortex Deposit initiatives.
• Support Converged Email Indemnity and ISO Migrations.
• Assist DEC Unstructured to Structured projects.
• NSTP ACCLink support where applicable.
• TBS2 readiness and support.
• Prepare business dashboards and revenue tracking.
• Assist PMs on commercialization activities and UAT.
• Support product activities like deposit tracking.
• Transition supplier onboarding for SCM to the branch.
• Drive digitization metrics for product verticals.
• Compile project progress dashboards for sales/implementation.

Role & responsibilities

Position Purpose

The position is for the Product Support and business revenue management. To support key efficiency initiatives of the bank, to help respective Product managers achieve regional targets/ deadlines. To also support on preparation of various revenue MIS and dashboards transversally.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency and Industrialization Project Support for all PMs
• Cortex Deposit
• Converged Email Indemnity
• ISO Migrations
• DEC Unstructured to Structured
• NSTP ACCLink ( where applicable)
• TBS2 readiness and support
• Business Support :
• Preparation of business dashboards, revenue analysis and related business tracking
• Support Product managers on commercialization activities.
• Support Product activities like UAT, sanity testing and deposit tracking.
• Support the transition of the Supplier onboarding activities for SCM to the branch.
• Product Digitization Metrics
• Drive and track digitization agenda for each product vertical along with respective PM
• Compilation of requisite project progress dashboards and dissemination to sales and implementation
