Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in database administration, support, or analysis.
• Experience with ERP data management or SaaS applications is desirable.

• Desirable experience with SQL, REST API, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users of the Treasury Management System.
• Perform end-to-end user maintenance including user creation/modification/deletion.
• Master data maintenance (bank accounts, interfaces, statements).
• Create and maintain AD groups.
• Manage day-to-day delivery and troubleshooting of TMS systems.
• Analyze incident trends and report improvements to the TMS Program Manager.
• Regularly monitor environments health and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BA and IT teams for deployments worldwide.
• Support UAT and fix bugs identified during UAT.
• Create and maintain documentation for TMS support and procedures.

Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of F&A domain, supporting Treasury Management System application. In this role, you will collaborate with Business users, Vendors and other IT Stakeholders to support and maintain the effective and efficient functioning of global application and its users.
Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users
• End-to-end user maintenance, including user creation, modification, deletion
• Master data maintenance (bank account management, interfaces, statements etc.)
• Creation and maintenance of AD groups
• Manage day-to day delivery, maintenance and troubleshooting of TMS systems, operations and services in scope Manage security for TMS files and folders
• Analyse the trends associated with incidents and change requests and report potential areas of improvement or risk to TMS Program Manager IT Security, back-up and recovery
• Regular monitor and report environments health and statistic details to relevant stakeholder
• Create productive relationships with end users to ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents and problems
• Work closely and collaborate with the Business Analyst and other IT team members to support operations, process improvements and contribute in deployment of the program worldwide
• Support users during UAT and fixes Bugs identified during UAT
• Create and maintain documentation/procedures to ensure support and maintenance of TMS system, including system descriptions, configurations, change management, policies and procedures
• IT Support and maintenance of TMS application and related infrastructure to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of global business operations
• Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience on any of (database administration, support, analysis) or related experience
• Especially with production support in ERP data management / SaaS application desirable
• Knowledge with IT service management concepts (Preferable ITIL, LEAN)
• Good problem solving skills
• Fluency in English is essential
• Very good communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Enthusiastic, full of high-energy, capable of contaminating others with the energy
• Proactive in assuming the responsibility for successfully completing assignment or tasks
• Self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed
• Desirable experience with SQL, REST API, database
