Nynii is seeking a Product Strategy Intern to help shape product direction using market and user insights. You will analyze user interactions, run market research, and draft strategy with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Spot gaps in the market and unmet customer needs to fuel new features
• Study user interactions, booking patterns and key metrics
• Conduct research across customers, competitors and market to build strategy

• Spot gaps in the market and unmet customer needs that could fuel new features
• Study how users interact with the product, examine booking patterns and key metrics
• Run research across customers, competitors and the wider market to build strategy
• Shape product concepts and growth approaches based on insights
• Define how features should work, map out workflows and design user journeys
• Collaborate with product launches and help test ideas through experiments
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Support teams
• Monitor how the product performs and recommend ways to strengthen it
• Build reports, slide decks and data dashboards to communicate findings
• Lead strategic initiatives from conception all the way through to launch

• Familiar with AI assistants like ChatGPT and other generative tools
• Background in data analysis is a plus
• Have done market research or user research before
