Sarvam AI is seeking an entry-level Operations role in Bengaluru, reporting to the founder’s office. You’ll turn vague problems from research, product and business into structured work with a clear result.

A strong candidate brings a couple of years of experience, an engineering background, and the drive to own work end to end without a defined path. Much of the work involves building with AI directly, from agents and prototypes to internal systems that change how teams operate.

This is a generalist role in the founder's office, taking vague problems from research, product and business and turning them into structured work that reaches a clear result. A strong candidate brings a couple of years of experience, an engineering background, and the drive to own work end to end without a defined path. Clear writing, quick trust building and comfort juggling several threads at once matter more than deep specialist knowledge.
