About you on this role

As a Product Stewardship Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and compliant use of our products by addressing Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and regulatory inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders. This position sits at the intersection of customer care, product stewardship, and regulatory compliance, requiring strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and effective communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑focused, and experienced in regulatory and compliance‑related topics. You will thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment by effectively managing priorities, analyzing data, tracking progress, and partnering with global teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and regulatory inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses while engaging subject matter experts when required.
• Manage and track customer inquiries through internal systems, ensuring proper documentation, timely follow‑up, and resolution of high‑priority requests.
• Execute established escalation processes for complex regulatory, toxicology, RDS statement, and product communication requests to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
• Analyze inquiry trends and collaborate with Enterprise Product Stewardship Services (PSS) teams to enhance self‑service resources, streamline processes, and improve customer experience.
• Prioritize workload based on business requirements, customer expectations, and real‑time performance metrics to maintain service excellence.
• Support EH&S data harmonization initiatives, maintain compliance‑related documentation, and deliver training and guidance to customer‑facing teams on EH&S information management and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene, Product Stewardship, Product Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, or related EH&S discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, EH&S, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, products, and markets, preferably within Silicone products and applications for Home & Personal Care industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; SAP experience is considered an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
