Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Product Specialist to drive Compensation and Total Rewards initiatives within HR technology, partnering with stakeholders across Global Business Operations and People & Culture. You will manage backlogs, drive enhancements, and ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors modules and integrations.

You will oversee incidents, changes, and testing while applying analytics and automation to improve operations and data accuracy.

Who you are

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join us in developing ways for IKEA to stay relevant for our customers.

Our diverse team is growing, and we would love to talk with you, if you recognize yourself in some of the following:

• Support the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Compensation and Total Rewards solutions within the HR technology landscape.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate Compensation needs into scalable system and process solutions.
• Manage product backlog items, enhancements, change requests, and release activities, including testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Develop and maintain expertise in end-to-end Compensation processes, including salary review cycles, compensation planning, compensation structures, system integrations, and stakeholder communications.
• Support and optimize Compensation-related solutions in SuccessFactors Compensation & Employee Central modules, integrated HR and vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Total Rewards, People & Culture, Global Business Operations, Data & Analytics, Security, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
• Manage incidents, service requests, testing activities, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics, AI, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

The must-haves we see for this role is though:

• Strong understanding of Compensation, Collective Bargaining Agreements, as well as Total Rewards processes within a global organization.
• 7+ years of experience working with HR technology solutions, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central.
• Knowledge of HR integrations and related processes.
• Experience managing system enhancements, incidents, and change requests.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within HR and Total Rewards.

This means that you will:

• Work within a global digital Total rewards team to gather business requirements, support, and enhance the area of Compensation, while delivering effective solutions.
• Oversee and manage change requests, incidents, and enhancement activities related to Compensation, ensuring timely resolution, system stability, and minimal impact on business operations.
• Collaborate closely with Global Business Operations (GBO), HR stakeholders, and country teams to review related services delivered by vendors, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels, KPIs, and governance standards.

We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingkas global organisation.
