Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India seeks a Product Owner for Databricks, Analytics & AI to own the backlog and align roadmaps with strategic goals. You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams to deliver Databricks and AI capabilities across the organization.

The role requires 9+ years of product delivery experience, strong Agile/ SAFe practices, and familiarity with Azure Databricks and cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Delivery professional.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience working with Databricks, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI/ML projects.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar technologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking domains is an advantage.
• SAFe POPM or CSPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
