Job summary

Careernet seeks an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to own and refine the product backlog, translate needs into user stories, and drive agile delivery using Jira, SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage dependencies, support data analysis and mapping, and help deliver data analytics projects across AWS/Azure. Experience with Databricks and Snowflake is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with CICD and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to keep delivery aligned with business objectives and roadmap priorities.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and iteration scope for agile teams.
• Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and resolve priority conflicts.
• Support data analysis, source-to-target mapping, and issue investigation using SQL and Python.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide timely clarification to keep work moving through the sprint lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Jira, SQL, Python, and data analytics platforms such as Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Ability to work with cloud environments including AWS and/or Azure in a data and delivery context.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria, supporting architecture discussions, and driving delivery across cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CICD and modern delivery practices.
