Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or equivalent Agile delivery role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, PI Planning, and Agile Release Train operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or equivalent Agile delivery role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, PI Planning, and Agile Release Train operations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing end‑to‑end application delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management and Agile tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, deployment, production support, and application performance.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot, and AI‑enabled product or engineering workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, risk management, and business‑value assessment capabilities.
