Job summary

You will manage the MS365 stack (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint) and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure secure, compliant, and value-driven outcomes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Owner for Microsoft 365 (O365) Services to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise collaboration, productivity, and digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Microsoft 365 services with strong product ownership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and Agile delivery experience. While working knowledge of SharePoint is desirable, the role prioritizes holistic O365 service ownership including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, security, compliance, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and backlog
• Manage Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint
• Lead stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
• Own Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization
• Drive user adoption and governance strategies
• Ensure compliance with security and enterprise standards

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Own and manage the product, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value.

Participate in:

• Sprint planning
• Backlog grooming
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Make trade-off decisions based on business priorities and technical feasibility.

Deep functional and operational knowledge in:

• Exchange Online

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Licensing and tenant management
• Integration with Azure services (basic understanding expected)
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online is good to have.

Familiarity with:

• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
