Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7–10 years of experience in business, finance, technology, or analytics.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise data, reporting, or analytics solutions.
• Strong interest in digital tools, data, and process improvement.
• Exposure to agile product delivery, including backlog management, user stories, and release coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog; develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria.

• The Product Owner for digital finance products is responsible for maximizing business value by translating finance stakeholders’ needs into scalable product requirements, creating and prioritizing product backlogs, and partnering with technology and business teams to deliver secure, measurable solutions.

• Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with clear alignment to the finance and digital strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their priorities and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for product development teams. Effectively communicate product progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and finance leadership.
• Manage products throughout the entire product lifecycle, monitor product adoption and performance, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Partner with the agile team to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• This includes owning and prioritizing the product backlog; developing and maintaining user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans; and supporting sprint planning activities.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7-10 Years of experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in business, finance, technology, or analytical role.

Skills:

• Experience translating business needs into requirements and supporting cross-functional technology, data, or analytics initiatives.
• Experience working with enterprise business systems, data, reporting, or analytics solutions.
• Strong interest in digital tools, data, and process improvement.
• Experience in finance, FP&A, or controllership.
• Experience with agile product delivery, including requirements, backlog management, user stories, UAT, or release coordination.
• Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Sigma, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Azure, or similar platforms.
