Anblicks Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Data & Identity Platforms to drive strategy, execution, and growth of enterprise data products. You will own roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics while collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires managing data-driven SaaS products and cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on identity-related technologies and governance across Anblicks' platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience in product management or technology product delivery.
• Strong understanding of roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, and release planning.
• Experience managing data products, enterprise software platforms, cloud-based applications, or SaaS.
• Practical knowledge of cloud and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Data & Identity Platforms to drive the development, execution, and growth of enterprise data and identity products. This role combines product strategy, technical understanding, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, high-value software products.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing data-driven SaaS products, cloud-based platforms, identity solutions, or MarTech/AdTech ecosystems. You will own product roadmaps, manage backlogs, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver products that meet business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer needs, and broader product strategy.
• Product Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of a product, sub-product, or defined capability, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement.
• Backlog Management: Own and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Product Planning: Develop product plans and business cases focused on revenue growth, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product development and delivery.
• Performance Management: Define and track quarterly OKRs, product KPIs, adoption metrics, availability, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Product Launch & Adoption: Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, launch activities, and initiatives to drive customer adoption.
• Data & Cloud Platforms: Work with technical teams to understand cloud-native architectures, data ecosystems, platform capabilities, and identity-related technologies.
• Market & Competitive Research: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify product opportunities.
• Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with privacy, legal, security, and compliance teams to address data privacy, identity governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs effectively; elevate strategic decisions and cross-product dependencies when required.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior product team members and contribute to product management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in product management, product ownership, or technology product delivery.
• Strong understanding of product management fundamentals, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, and release planning.
• Experience managing data products, enterprise software platforms, cloud-based applications, or SaaS solutions.
• Practical knowledge of cloud and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience defining and monitoring product KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex assignments, balance competing priorities, and drive execution across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MarTech, AdTech, customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, or data-driven SaaS products.
• Familiarity with identity management, audience data, customer profiles, data enrichment, or data integration platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed engineering and business teams.
• Understanding of data privacy, consent management, regulatory compliance, and responsible data usage.
• Exposure to product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, and revenue optimization.
• Familiarity with Acxiom products, platforms, or the broader data and identity ecosystem.
