Bridgestone Bengaluru (Bangalore) is seeking an experienced AEM Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our AEM-based digital experiences.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will drive content management, personalization, and integrations with analytics and CRM to enhance user journeys.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello), and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define AEM-based product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the AEM backlog.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks during the product development lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and gather customer feedback for continuous improvements.
  • Oversee AEM integrations with analytics, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Advocate for the customer to ensure the product delivers value and a great user experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our AEM-based digital experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of AEM capabilities, content management, and personalization, combined with Agile product ownership expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and UX designers to ensure AEM-powered solutions align with business objectives and provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Planning:
    • Define AEM-based product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable product goals and deliverables.
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery on AEM product backlog.
    • Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
    • Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks during the product development lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
    • Communicate product updates, release plans, and feedback loops effectively to all stakeholders.
    • Balance competing priorities and ensure alignment across all teams.
  • Performance & Feedback:
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
    • Conduct post-launch reviews and implement learnings into future product cycles.
AEM Content & Experience Optimization
  • Drive enhancements in content management, workflows, and personalization to maximize AEM's potential.
  • Oversee AEM integrations with analytics, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics, Target, or similar tools to measure engagement and optimize user experiences.
  • Market & Customer Focus:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
    • Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
    • Advocate for the customer to ensure the product delivers value and a great user experience.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello), and data analysis tools.
