Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in QA automation with Selenium and Cypress.

• Hands-on experience with AEM testing and related workflows.
• Experience integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines.

We are looking for an experienced AEM QA Automation Lead with expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and automation frameworks to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications. The ideal candidate will drive test automation strategies, implement scalable automation frameworks, and lead QA best practices to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Automation Development

• Define and implement QA automation strategies for AEM components, APIs, and integrations.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium & Cypress.
• Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end UI and API automation test scripts.
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices

• Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Implement cross-browser testing, mobile testing, and visual validation.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to improve quality processes.
• Establish QA metrics, reporting, and test dashboards.

CI/CD & Test Automation Integration

• Implement test automation in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate AEM content validation and workflows.
• Drive shift-left testing by integrating automation early in the development cycle.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation best practices.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participate in sprint planning, and drive QA excellence.
• Identify and resolve testing bottlenecks, flaky tests, and automation gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Test Automation Expertise
• 8+ years of experience in QA automation with Selenium, Cypress
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python for automation scripting.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.

AEM & Web Application Testing

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) testing.
• Knowledge of AEM authoring, publishing, workflows, and dispatcher testing.
• Familiarity with content validation, component testing, and AEM security testing.
• CI/CD & Test Infrastructure
• Experience in integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based testing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6).
