Product Owner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly drivenProduct Ownerwith7-10 years of experience in product management and product development. This individual will act as the strategic bridge between stakeholders and development teams, guiding product lifecycle management from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with agile frameworks and a successful history of launching impactful, market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end product development, ensuring all features align with business objectives and user needs.
Define a compelling product vision and translate it into actionable development plans and roadmaps.
Own and prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum value.
Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder input and business goals.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with development, UX/UI, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a shared understanding and timely delivery of product increments.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the voice of the customer and business, translating feedback and market trends into product enhancements.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision, status, and priorities.

5. Performance & Quality Oversight:

Define and track KPIs to measure product success and guide iterations.
Collaborate with QA to validate product quality and performance benchmarks.
Conduct competitor analysis and user research to identify innovation opportunities and enhance product-market fit.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:7-10 years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role with hands-on experience in full-cycleproduct developmentand agile delivery.
Technical Acumen:Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), product development workflows, and technical feasibility discussions.
Leadership & Communication:Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (Preferred):Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent.
