Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven success in driving product growth in a startup or fast paced environment.
Strong understanding of software(design / engineering) or SaaS products, programming experience is a must.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Proven ability to translate business objectives into user-centric product requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills (pref with engineering teams), with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
Growth mindset and a passion for building innovative products.
Candidates from Tier 1 institutions will be preferred
