The Product Owner is responsible to define the product strategy and vision and maximizing the value of Rizing IP built by the product development team. The Product Owner liaises with key stakeholders to ensure the goals are clear and that the product vision is aligned with business objectives. The Product Owner provides that vision to the product development team and is a key player throughout the development of the product, including planning, refining, reviewing and accepting product releases.

The Product Owner provides that vision to the product development team and is a key player throughout the development of the product, including planning, refining, reviewing and accepting product releases.

Essential Functions

• Develop the product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market research.
• Gather requirements to feed into the product backlog.
• Manage the product backlog to align with the product strategy.
• Prioritize the development of product releases.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on all major decisions and product releases.
• Support promotion and sales of the product.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
• 5 years of SAP solution experience, including success in product lifecycle management.
• Experience developing products throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
• Experience implementing or utilizing SAP systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Expert knowledge of SAP HCM solution, SAP SuccessFactors, EAM, Retail solution, SAP Cloud Platform, and custom development.
• Expert understanding of SAP Solution Architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodology, to include planning, schedule development, scope management, and cost management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to effectively lead teams of professionals, including conflict and change management within complex projects, performance evaluation, feedback, coaching, and career development.
• Ability to effectively communicate through informative presentations and question responses.
• Ability to build relationships with a variety of groups including Executives, Managers, Consultants, Clients, and Partners.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, with the ability to implement resolutions.
