Job description

10+ years of experience as a technical Product Owner, preferably in a retail environment.

• 5+ years of experience working with eCommerce systems.
• 10+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, ADO, JIRA)
• 10+ years of Experience delivering projects involving multiple teams, departments, and business stakeholders across

multiple timezones.

• Some technical expertise in Microservices, APIs, databases and Cloud Platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and determine effective business and alternative IT solutions.
• Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, effectively conveying product vision, issues, risks,

and dependencies, and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.

• Proficient in user story creation and defining success criteria that is clear, concise and testable.
• Expertise in utilizing standard documentation tools/utilities.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and collaboration a must.

Must be willing to flex working hours to accommodate stakeholders in other timezones.
