Job summary

Common Ground Placement Solutions Chennai is seeking a Product Owner to join its Chennai Technology team. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, gather requirements from stakeholders, and drive user stories and acceptance criteria across E-commerce, Operations and Financial products.

Collaborating with Product Managers and Scrum teams, you will guide backlog grooming, coordinate with offshore/onshore teams, and ensure features meet KPIs and release criteria.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Product Owner experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Hands-on Product Backlog Management & Prioritization.
• Strong experience in User Stories & Acceptance Criteria.
• Jira experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Good understanding of system/data flows.
• Experience with E-commerce / Payments / Finance.
• Exposure to APIs & Third-Party Integrations.
• Experience working with cross-functional/offshore-onshore teams.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

Our client, a leading US-based voluntary benefits company offering consumer products, education and travel through payroll deduction programs, is hiring a Product Owner for its Chennai Technology team. The role will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers and Scrum teams to manage and execute product enhancement backlogs across E-commerce, Operations and Financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
