Qualifications

• Product Owner or related role with product management experience.

Job brief

We are looking for a Product Owner who would work with the stakeholders to create a vision of the product they wish to create and repeatedly that product vision to the teams. Besides organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team. Product Owner responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Will own specific module that is built; responsible for detailing out requirements work with functional consultant to write stories for development in tools like Jile/Jira (used for managing the project deliverables)etc Ultimately, you’ll help us roll-out products that deliver our company’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all scrum ceremonies like Daily scrum call, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review & Sprint Retro
• Liaise between teams and stakeholders including customers, business managers, development team to ensure goals are clear and vision is aligned with business objectives
• Reduce uncertainty
• Prioritize the need and manage the product backlogs
• Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap

Requirements and skills

• Certification as CSPO or equivalent is a must

• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
