Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) seeks a senior digital product leader to drive the development and execution of digital products for engineering and EPC projects in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with engineering, project management, and business stakeholders to define vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy using Agile methods.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, strong EPC execution exposure, hands-on Agile delivery, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams driving digital transformation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of EPC project execution experience in PMT or engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation or digital product initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum product development.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and digital delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital products and solutions for engineering and EPC environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project management teams, and business stakeholders.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery strategy using Agile methodologies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives involving engineering data, analytics, AI, automation, and integration platforms.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising engineering, digital, and software development professionals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.
• Ensure alignment of product development activities with business objectives and project execution requirements.
• Support data governance, engineering data management, and engineering document management initiatives.
• Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies including AI, automation, APIs, and advanced analytics.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and business requirements.

• Project Management Team (PMT), or
• Engineering Team during EPC execution phases.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation or digital product initiatives.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and digital delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, project execution, and digitalization within EPC organizations.

EPC & Engineering

• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle and execution phases.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of engineering processes and project controls.

Digital & Data

• Strong digital mindset with experience in:
