Job summary

Capco in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to drive credit transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cluster chiefs and SMEs to translate business needs into well-defined user stories and drive backlog prioritisation using Agile practices.

You will participate in scrum ceremonies, support UAT and training, and push for continuous improvements in processes and user experience with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and refining user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Strong agile experience across backlog prioritisation and sprints.
• Excellent documentation and concise written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to shape backlog.
• Familiarity with credit transformation domain is a plus.

Job Description -

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional capabilities for Credit Transformation products and initiatives primarily focusing on the credit assessment process
• Draft and refine user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria
• Consult with the Cluster/Chief/Product Owners and SMEs to prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile best practices for prioritisation around business value
• Excellent documentation skills, ability to convey complex information with objectivity and brevity
• Participate in and facilitate relevant scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions
• Support build and test activitiesAssist in implementation / rollout including UAT, user trainings, UVT and post go-live support.
• Proactively support Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous service improvement
• Drive continuous improvements on processes and user experience using a data driven, structured approach
