Job summary

Target Corporation India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Product Ops Analyst to lead business process analysis, validate products, and monitor performance. You will work with product and data teams to drive meaningful decisions and improvements.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead team for business process analysis, product validations and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering and Product Engineering teams to drive decisions.

• Test and monitor new features in production.
• Collaborate with product managers to drive defect management with engineering.
• Support item/brand launches from fulfilment and ensure systems have no defects.
• Support peak volumes by executing peak-season tasks.

Product Ops Analyst

Primary function: Responsible for leading team for business process analysis, product validations and business monitoring. In addition, role requires to work with product/business owners to enhance existing product capabilities and process improvements and drive improvements

Principal duties & responsibilities:

• Gather, review and analyse data to provide answers to questions that will drive decision around improving Transportation Decisions.
• Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Product Engineering team to drive meaningful decisions
• Perform data analysis and research to identify new opportunities to improve overall metrics.
• Analyse underlying trends to identify potential product issues and improvements to the existing product features.
• Test and Monitor new features on production to ensure new features are working as expected.
• Collaborate with product Managers to drive defect management with engineering team to ensure production environment runs without any critical defects
• Support key item/brand launches from fulfilment by participating in preparation activities and ensuring systems don’t have any critical defects.
• Support peak volumes by executing key tasks defined specific for peak season.

Job requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with 3 to 4 years’ experience.
