Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or up to two years' experience welcome.
• Clear written and spoken English, strong research habits, comfort with spreadsheets and digital tools.
• Good judgement, attention to detail, ownership of assigned work and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, analytics or growth tracking is a plus.

Our current focus is The Engine, a pre-launch real-time intelligence platform for film and television production activity - think Bloomberg for the production industry.

The opportunity

Join The Engine as an early-career Product Marketing Associate. You will work directly and closely with the platform lead and the founder, taking full ownership from day one in a fast-paced environment. High independence and very little hand holding. What you will do

Campaigns and distribution

• Establishing a bullet proof strategy.
• Planning and preparation for the launch and ongoing improvement of data-driven marketing campaigns, working from clear briefs and receiving feedback as you gain confidence. Help execute multi-channel campaigns across search, social, targeted email marketing and relevant communities.
• Keep our day-to-day marketing work organised and reliable.
• Research audiences, competitors and distribution opportunities and then execute strategies.

SEO and AI discovery

• Support structured content and programmatic SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives using data.

Content and lifecycle

• Draft and publish useful articles, newsletters, social posts and product updates with editorial guidance.
• Help design, build, and optimize automated onboarding sequences, email newsletters, marketing automation flows, and lifecycle engagement campaigns.
• Repurpose insights and product data into clear, accurate material.

Measurement and operations

• Maintain detailed product analytics dashboards, tracking launch funnels, email performance metrics, user adoption, and marketing channels.
• Interpret and report on web traffic, email open/click rates, lead generation, user engagement, and conversion metrics to support continuous optimization.
• Check links, tracking, content quality and deadlines before launch.

What we are looking for

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or an MBA with a marketing focus. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are welcome.

Clear written and spoken English, strong research habits, comfort with spreadsheets and basic digital tools.

Good judgement, attention to detail, ownership of assigned work and willingness to learn through feedback.

Practical exposure to email marketing platforms, marketing automation systems, digital analytics tools, or growth tracking spreadsheets is a strong advantage.

It will be expected you are well versed in AEO, GEO and SEO from your studies.

Support and development

You will receive direction, feedback, access to tools and opportunities to learn directly from the seniors in the team.

As your capability grows, you will take on more independent campaigns, analysis and channel ownership.

Compensation and location

£6,500–£10,000 annual fixed gross salary, GBP-anchored and paid locally in INR equivalent, plus a performance bonus.

0.12% venture-specific equity in The Engine.

Full-time, on-site in Bangalore. Start as soon as mutually agreed.
