Job summary

Premier Consultants in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Product Manager Insurance to lead the complete product lifecycle—from strategy and development to launch and growth. The role requires deep insurance domain knowledge and a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.

You will work with technology, underwriting, operations and distribution teams to define features, pricing, and customer journeys, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in product management.
• Experience in insurance products is essential.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes and customer journeys.
• Experience in end-to-end product development and lifecycle management.
• Experience with digital insurance products and platforms.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

Important Requirement: Experience in Insurance Products is ESSENTIAL.

Experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance or General Insurance will be preferred.
