Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking a hands-on Product Manager, Web, to optimize site performance, SEO, and AI-powered personalization. You will own the web roadmap, balance technical and creative inputs, and partner with Marketing, Brand, SEO, User Research, and Engineering to elevate engagement and conversions.

The role requires 5+ years in product ownership or related roles, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Jira and Google Workspace. Location: India; compensation discussed during interview.

Responsibilities

• Own product definition from stakeholder input and translate into detailed requirements for engineering and data teams.
• Own execution for the Web product area and drive rollout of prioritized initiatives.
• Coordinate with Platform and AI/ML teams on dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers on backlog, sprint alignment, and risk documentation.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, SEO, User Research, and Engineering to align roadmaps and communicate progress.
• Build lightweight tracking tools (Sheets/dashboards) to monitor status and metrics.
• Synthesize customer feedback into actionable product insights to guide prioritization.
• Support measurement and reporting on product-driven initiatives for stakeholders.

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager Web to reputed company the reputed company of reputed companys digital experience and web platform. This role is responsible for optimizing our sites performance and discoverability through SEO reputed company, driving engagement through data-informed experimentation, and laying the reputed company for a more AI-powered, personalized user experience. Youll partner closely with Marketing, Brand, SEO, User Research, and Engineering to shape the reputed company of our web reputed company one that not only attracts and converts families seeking senior care but also positions reputed company as a trusted, authoritative destination in the category. Youll own the roadmap for the websites reputed company functionality, balancing technical and creative inputs to enhance site health, content structure, and conversion performance. In this setup, stakeholders prioritize the roadmap; Products role is to define business needs into technical requirements and ensure delivery, alignment, and measurement across teams. The Product Manager, Web will report to the VP of Product for Senior Living.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering reputed company (e.g., reputed company Platform, AI/ML) to coordinate dependencies and reputed company on reputed company and delivery milestones.
• Stay reputed company with Engineering Managers on day-to-day execution in an reputed company environment, including backlog tracking, sprint alignment, and documentation of reputed company, risks, and reputed company.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, SEO, User Research, and Engineering teams to reputed company reputed company and communicate updates and reputed company.
• Build and maintain lightweight but effective tools (e.g., reputed company Sheets trackers, dashboards) to monitor initiative status and performance metrics.
• Own user feedback and insights Aggregate, analyze, and translate customer feedback and sentiment data into actionable product insights that guide prioritization, influence reputed company, and inform reputed company experience improvements.

Compensation

reputed company Salary $140,000 to $160,000 + 10% Bonus
