Zinnia is seeking a Techno-functional Product Manager to drive product initiatives at the intersection of technology and business. With 5+ years in product management or business analysis, you will manage integrations, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable life insurance solutions.

You will analyse market trends, ROI, and build vs. buy decisions while guiding API integrations and data flows across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 5+ years in product management or business analysis.
• Experience in Life Insurance or Annuity domain.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and API integrations.
• Knowledge of data interfaces, networks, and operating systems.
• Analytical and customer-service oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the execution of all product lifecycle processes: research, market analysis, planning, roadmap development, requirements, and launches.
• Evaluate ROI, build vs. buy, and partnerships to grow market share and customer experience.
• Identify gaps in existing systems and drive ideas to improve growth and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements and transition to commercialization.
• Support in planning delivery dates for new releases and maintenance updates.
• Assist in designing and managing API integrations across platforms with engineering teams.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a Techno-functional Product Manager with 5+ years of Product Management experience who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You will be responsible for driving product initiatives, managing integrations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Contribute into the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Analyse consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Gain a deep understanding of existing systems, customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.
• Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
• Assist in Developing and executing proposed business and technical solutions. Work with engineering teams to design and manage API integrations across platforms.
• Assist in the research and investigation of escalated production issues and engage teams for resolution
• Document business impact, research and resolution steps and long-term preventative measures via incident reports

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with 5+ years’ work experience in Product Management or Business Analysis
• Experience with Life Insurance or Annuity domain
• Good technical understanding of Product Development Lifecycle along with API integrations, SQL etc.
• Good understanding of technology system interfaces and data integration, networks, Client/Server and operating systems
• Knowledge of Business Process Modelling using decision tables/trees and data flows, etc.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent relationship management skills with the ability to interact positively and successfully across all levels of associates and managers to meet business needs
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge
• Analytical, organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, flexible and motivated
• Great to have experience in BFSI Industry across Annuity, mutual funds, financial services, or life insurance
