Mintoak in Mumbai seeks a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product success, from market research to launches, with a strong focus on revenue and merchant/acquirer growth.
You will drive product roadmap for Merchant VAS, work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and champion a user-centric UX. Prior payments-domain or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus.
Manage and take ownership of product end- to-end: including doing market research, defining scope, gathering and prioritizingrequirements and managing product launches.
Drive clarity on complex and ambiguous projects
Work with cross-functional teams that include engineering, design, marketing and growth
Develop products with specific focus on revenue and strategicgrowth of Merchants and Acquirers.
Develop a product roadmap for the Merchant VAS & ensure seamless product functionality
Champion a user‑centric approach to product development,ensuring that the user experience (UI/UX) is intuitive, seamless, anddelightful.
Work with internal and client facing teams to develop enablement plans, manage stakeholders and expectations.
Ability to coordinate with various functions to ensure product roll‑out within defined timelines, understand product priorities, and implement a product governance framework.
6+ years of product management experience
Comfortable in handing ambiguity and navigate around problems
Prior experience in the payments domain or enterprise SaaS organization is good to have sharp focus on understanding customer, marketing, ecosystem and competition insights.
Technical skills sufficient to understand complexity and work with developers to make the right technical trade‑offs
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and market dynamics
Excellent problem‑solving skills and good business acumen with sharp focus on revenue opportunities and revenue realization
Effective communication skills and ability to refine messages based on the audience
