We are looking for a highly qualified individual to join our team of product managers responsible for the NEXUS software application. The team oversees the design and management of NEXUS, serving the entire TORM organization including our crew.

NEXUS is an internally developed platform designed to enhance operational efficiency for both onboard and office staff. By streamlining processes and reducing the reliance on extensive, often unstructured communication among stakeholders, NEXUS simplifies ship operations across the organization.

As part of the NEXUS development team, you will play a key role in advancing business‑critical modules that support النهائي organizational goals. This position is ideal for someone with a background in shipping who is eager to contribute significantly to our software development initiatives.

Your LED responsibilities will include engaging with key business stakeholders to gather input, translating their needs into clear requirements and specifications for the development team. Additionally, as Product Manager, you will help shape our product strategy and ensure alignment with other teams.

The role is based in our Mumbai office, while the other product managers are based in Copenhagen. All software development activities are carried out by our teams in Mumbai and Pune.

In this role, you will be part of a high‑performing team which is central to implementing key projects that help us maintain our fleet at the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with users throughout the entire TORM organization to gather and incorporate their requirements into the platform.
• Develop the application with a focus on ensuring a seamless and productive experience for all users.
• Convert business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project plans and progress.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams based in Mumbai and Pune.

• Ability to work in the interface between different aspects in a large project and a proximate sense of how a project can be successfully delivered.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with technical and non‑technical staff.
• Great understanding of working with different cultures.

• You have a strong interest in digitalization.
