Job description

About the Company

Elevate Now is a doctor-led clinical weight loss platform in India. It diagnoses the underlying drivers of weight gain, such as insulin resistance, inflammation and hormonal imbalances, and delivers personalised treatment under medical supervision through a fully online, subscription-based model. Every member is paired with a physician trained in obesity medicine and a dedicated health coach, supported by blood diagnostics and continuous glucose monitoring.

The company has onboarded over 30,000 paying members and is backed by Physis Capital, W Health Ventures, Narayana Health and other early-stage investors.

Role Summary

A member’s journey depends on physical things reaching them on time and in the right condition: medicines, diagnostic kits and sample collection, and devices. As Product Manager for Logistics & Fulfillment, you will own the product layer behind all of it, from the moment an order is created to the moment it is delivered, collected or returned.

Success looks like faster and more reliable delivery, a lower cost per order, fewer fulfillment related support contacts, and ops teams who can run a growing order volume without adding headcount at the same rate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for the logistics and fulfillment product surface, including order management, dispatch, delivery partner integrations, tracking, and returns or reverse logistics.
  • Define, track and improve core metrics such as order to delivery turnaround time, on time delivery rate, first attempt delivery success, RTO and NDR rates, and cost per order.
  • Work closely with operations, pharmacy or warehouse teams and delivery partners to turn on-ground problems into clear product requirements and tooling.
  • Build and improve integrations and routing logic with courier partners and 3PLs, including serviceability checks, partner allocation, SLA tracking and fallback handling.
  • Design ops-facing tools such as exception queues, dashboards and automation that reduce manual follow-ups.
  • Improve the member-facing delivery experience: delivery status and notifications, rescheduling, address handling and issue reporting.
  • Partner with clinical and compliance stakeholders so that prescription-linked and handling-sensitive workflows are built into the fulfillment flow.
  • Write clear PRDs, prioritise ruthlessly, run experiments, and use data to decide what to build next.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams to ship quickly and iterate.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Hands-on experience building logistics, delivery or fulfillment products, for example order management, last mile delivery, WMS or OMS tooling, courier or 3PL integrations, or shipment tracking.
  • Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, e-pharmacy, marketplace or a similar operations-heavy consumer business.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics and how product changes move them.
  • Comfortable working with ops and field teams and translating their problems into product solutions.
  • Working comfort with data (SQL or analytics tools) to analyse funnels, delays and costs.
  • Clear written communication and strong stakeholder management.
Why Join Elevate Now
  • Own a high-impact growth charter with direct visibility into business outcomes.
  • Work at the intersection of healthcare, product, and data, where growth improves access to medicines for real patients.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, and operations in a fast-moving team.
