Job summary

Rarr Technologies is seeking a technically engaged Product Manager to own domain workstreams end-to-end, collaborating with data engineers to validate transformation logic and ensure data quality outcomes. You will manage domain roadmaps, coordinate with multiple vendors, and drive governance and deployment readiness.

The role emphasizes hands-on data validation, stakeholder communication, and agile delivery across US-based engineering counterparts in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• 5-14 years in Product Management, 3+ years on data platform or MDM programs
• Hands-on with data engineers, SQL review, transformation logic
• Experience with data testing and root-cause analysis on data quality issues
• SQL literacy to read and question queries
• Familiarity with data governance concepts like Collibra, SODA, or Reltio MDM
• Ability to run technical working sessions and drive decisions
• Excellent English communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience with US-based engineering teams in a global delivery model

Responsibilities

• Domain ownership: End to end PM for Lease Sales, Finance and Contacts domains; roadmap, requirements, vendor delivery, adoption
• Data analysis and testing: validate outputs across data layers; define test cases; verify transformation logic
• Engineer collaboration: daily with data engineers to review outputs and iterate transformations
• Data source tracking: cover 31 sources; monitor onboarding, refresh frequency, quality gaps
• Stakeholder engagement: run sessions with engineers, architects and business stakeholders
• Data product delivery: onboard marketplace, ensure data quality and ontology standards before go-live
• DQDG governance: manage domain scorecards, lineage, and workflows in Collibra and SODA
• Agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog ownership, Jira/Confluence standards across vendors

Job description

This is a handson technically engaged PM role You will own domain workstreams end to end work daily with data engineers to validate and refine transformation logic and be accountable for data quality outcomes not just delivery milestones

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Domain ownership: End to end PM for Lease Sales Finance and Contacts Gold domains roadmap requirements vendor delivery and consumer adoption
• Data analysis testing: Actively validate data outputs across bronze, silver, and gold layers, help to define test cases, verify transformation logic produces accurate complete results
• Engineer collaboration: Work daily with data engineers to review outputs, diagnose gaps, iterate transformation logic, and confirm fixes end to end
• Data source tracking: Maintain coverage across 31 sources, track onboarding status, refresh frequency, and quality gaps so nothing falls through the cracks
• Stakeholder engagement: Run working sessions with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, translate between technical constraints and business requirements
• Data product delivery: Own PM coverage for marketplace onboarding, ensure DQ DG and ontology standards are met before go-live
• DQDG governance: Own domain scorecards lineage and stewardship workflows in Collibra and SODA as an ongoing practice not a one-time setup
• Agile delivery: Sprint planning, backlog ownership, and JiraConfluence standards across two implementation vendors

YOURE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5-14 years in Product Management, at least 3 years on data platform or MDM programs
• Hands-on experience working with data engineers, reviewing SQL, validating pipeline outputs, iterating on transformation logic
• Experience with data testing validation and root cause analysis on data quality issues
• SQL literacy: you can read, interpret, and question a query, coding not required
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Collibra, SODA, or Reltio MDM concepts is a strong advantage
• Ability to run technical working sessions and drive to decisions not just facilitate
• Excellent English communication, comfortable presenting to senior business stakeholders
• Prior experience with US-based engineering teams in a global delivery model
