Job summary

AVE Promagne in Bengaluru, India is seeking a driven product manager for our B2B SaaS platform. You will own roadmaps, write PRDs, and collaborate with engineering and data science to ship features that clinicians and data buyers rely on.

You will run discovery with both user groups, prioritize the backlog, and work with GTM, partnerships, and compliance teams on privacy requirements. Strong communication and startup realism are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience writing PRDs, managing a backlog, and shipping with engineering in an agile setup.
• Strong customer-discovery and user-research instincts.
• Data-informed mindset with analytics and metrics.
• Able to collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and commercial teams.
• Clear communicator and organized startup operator.

What you'll do

• Run discovery with both audiences: clinicians who use the platform, and the AI / data buyers who use the data product.
• Prioritize the backlog and ship, working closely with engineering and data science.
• Partner with GTM / partnerships on how we package and position, and with compliance / legal on privacy requirements (especially for the data product).
• Track product metrics, learn, and iterate.

What we're looking for

• 2 to 4 years in product management for B2B SaaS (associate-level candidates with strong fundamentals welcome).
• Experience writing PRDs, managing a backlog, and shipping with engineering in an agile setup.
• Strong customer-discovery and user-research instincts.
• Data-informed, and comfortable with analytics and metrics.
• Able to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders engineers, clinicians, and commercial teams.
