Job summary

HapiVet AI is building an AI-native practice management platform for veterinary clinics. You will own product slices from messy reality to a shipped workflow and work daily with engineering and the BA to close feature ambiguity.

You will talk to vets, practice managers, and pilot clinics, bringing back decisions rather than notes. Sequence work so clinics can leave their current system without a six-month implosion.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product roles (PM/PO/BA)
• Background in PIMS, US healthcare, or enterprise workflow software
• Able to debate with engineering and land a decision the same day
• Cares about edge cases and off-hours scenarios
• Comfortable working across US and India time zones

HapiVet is building an AI-native practice management platform for modern veterinary clinics. We are a small, fast team shipping software that clinics actually switch to.

You own what we build and in what order. Competitive teardowns and edge cases come in; you turn that into a product a clinic will switch to.

What you’ll do

• Own product slices from messy reality to a shipped workflow
• Use competitor teardowns to decide what must be at parity, what we skip, and where we should be clearly better
• Work daily with engineering and the BA to close feature ambiguity, especially the ugly edge cases
• Talk to vets, practice managers, and pilot clinics. Bring that back as decisions, not a pile of notes
• Sequence work so a clinic can leave their current system without a six-month implosion

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years in product (PM, product owner, or a BA who already made the product calls)
• PIMS, US healthcare, or enterprise workflow software is the background we want. Veterinary is a plus, not a gate
• You can hold a feature debate with engineering and still land a decision the same day
• You care about the case that breaks at 5pm on a Saturday, not just the happy path
• Comfortable with a small team moving fast across US and India time zones
