Role Overview

We seek a Product Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in SaaS and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will define product vision, manage execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven e-commerce applications.

● Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to drive product development.

● Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and growth.

Requirements

Education:

● B.Tech from IIT and MBA from IIM, ISB, or FMS (or equivalent top-tier institutions).

Experience:

● 7+ years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Product Management or Program Management roles within SaaS, e-commerce, or AI-driven products.

● Strong understanding of AI, ML, and data-driven decision-making in e-commerce.

● Proven track record in defining product strategy, roadmap execution, and stakeholder management.

● Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
