Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Bangalore is seeking Product Managers - Agentic AI with 10+ years of experience in transformation delivery end-to-end, working with BAs, PMOs and IT managers to drive agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.

You will build and operationalise Agentic AI capabilities, design Claude-style skills and agent workflows, identify high-value AI use cases in banking, and create playbooks integrating AI into day-to-day transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product/AI transformation experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end transformation with BA/PMO/IT.

Role: Product Managers - Agentic AI

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Bangalore preferred

Domain: Banking

Notice Period: within 30 Days

• Experienced in transformation type delivery end-to-end, working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, PMO and IT Managers, with strong hands-on experience managing delivery through Jira, Confluence and Agile ways of working.
• Experienced in Driving Agile transformation and ways-of-working change, acting as an Agile practitioner/coach who can assess current processes, identify inefficiencies and establish scalable, outcome-focused delivery practices across transformation teams.
• Build and operationalise Agentic AI capabilities for transformation functions, with the ability to design and write Claude-style Skills / agent instructions, workflows and reusable agent capabilities that support BA, PM, PMO and IT management activities.
• Identify and incubate high-value AI use cases, proactively looking for opportunities to automate, augment and improve transformation activities such as requirements, planning, RAID management, governance, reporting, testing, documentation and decision support. Also adept in operations use cases for AI(a bonus)
• Create and institutionalise AI-powered playbooks, assessing existing departmental playbooks and, where gaps exist, designing practical playbooks, workflows and reusable assets that embed AI into day-to-day ways of working.
• Act as an AI evangelist and change leader, driving adoption of AI across transformation teams through demonstrations, experimentation, coaching, communities of practice and measurable adoption/outcome metrics.
• Think like a product innovator, continuously experimenting with emerging LLMs, agentic AI patterns and productivity tools, converting ideas into scalable products, agents and capabilities that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, speed and transformation outcomes.
