Track industry developments in UPS, energy storage, switchgear, busway, microgrid, and power management software domains. Support Product Line Managers with Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis and customer requirement mapping.

Assist in product lifecycle management decisions - including product launches, phase-outs, and end-of-life planning. Develop product roadmap analytics to help Product Line Managers prioritize investments and feature development. Prepare investment justification documents (business cases, ROI analysis) for new product initiatives and capacity expansion. Conduct portfolio health assessments using frameworks such as BCG Matrix, product lifecycle stage analysis, and margin-volume mapping.
Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for consistent product performance tracking across all product lines. Prepare executive-level presentations and summaries for leadership reviews, strategy meetings, and board updates.
