Vertiv is seeking a technically proficient Field Service Engineer in India to provide on-site and remote support for UPS, PDU, and related power electronics products. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and strong customer-facing communication.

Responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, PDU (Power Distribution Units), STS (Static transfer Switches), AHF(Active Harmonic filters) and other similar Power electronics products. The role requires extensive knowledge of UPS systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the reliability and performance of power systems.
Experience with Vertiv Products is preferable.
The position may require travel to customer sites and may involve working in various environmental conditions.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours for emergency support and maintenance activities.
