Vertiv Indians is seeking an experienced power electronics engineer to lead HW development for rectifier products and coordinate QA, testing, production, and R&D across projects.
Ideal candidate will bring 5–6 years in power electronics, strong CAD skills, and a solid understanding of PFC, inverter circuits, and control theory. The role demands independent leadership and effective communication in English.
Job Description
Lead and coordinate with quality assurance, testing, production and research and development of new and existing product line. Serve as project in charge for rectifier products HW development project, creating timeline and organizing collaborative meetings and ensuring project comply with specifications, timelines. Review work and project for technical accuracy. Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials and best practices; apply this knowledge to continually improve product line and production efficiency. Handle and solve market plus production problems. Perform other duties as assigned. Being part of Global Engineering Function, it is expected to follow the defined processes and adhere to defined communication plan.
