Job summary

Zymr System Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks a Senior Product Manager - Cybersecurity to lead product definition in Exposure Management. You will drive customer and market discovery, define use cases, and outline outcome-driven roadmaps for enterprise security solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product management within cybersecurity, deep knowledge of CNAPP, XDR, Zero Trust, and practical work with LLMs and Agentic AI for security. You will collaborate across engineering, GTM, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in cybersecurity products.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security platforms, workflows, integrations, and security outcomes.
• Knowledge of Exposure Management, CNAPP, XDR, Identity Security, and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer and market discovery across Exposure Management, CTEM, ASM, and vulnerability prioritization.
• Define personas, use cases, product requirements, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities for AI and Agentic AI across security discovery, risk prioritization, investigation, and remediation.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, design, QA, and GTM teams to build and launch products.
• Define multi-tenant capabilities for MSP/MSSP environments.
• Support pilots, design-partner programs, product positioning, packaging, and pricing.

• Proven ability to take ambiguous ideas from discovery validation shipped product.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with MSPs/MSSPs, SOC, security operations, or cybersecurity consulting.
• Experience with design-partner programs, pricing, service packaging, or SLAs.
