  • Manage and prioritize assigned product backlogs, assessing opportunities against customer value, business impact, strategic alignment, effort, dependencies and risk, and ensuring work is sufficiently clear and delivery ready.
  • Partner across business, technology, data science, operations and governance to guide assigned features and workstreams through the product development lifecycle, resolve ambiguity, surface trade‑offs and communicate effectively between business and technical audiences.
  • Build alignment and adoption around the product, clearly communicating its vision, value and intended outcomes, supporting users through launch, and encouraging effective use of delivered capabilities.
  • Define and measure product success, using customer feedback, product data and operational evidence to evaluate value and adoption, inform prioritization, improve customer experience, quality, scalability, automation and self‑service, and strengthen reusable Product Management practices.
Requirements

You may currently work in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, digital transformation, data, operations or technology delivery and be looking to develop broader end‑to‑end product ownership.

  • Strong customer and product thinking, with the ability to uncover underlying needs, challenge solution‑led requests and translate ambiguous problems into clear outcomes, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Working knowledge of Product Management and Agile delivery, with experience contributing to several stages of the lifecycle, such as discovery, prioritization, backlog management, iterative development, user validation, launch or outcome measurement.
