Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Healthcare & Transformation in Mumbai. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise platform features, working at the intersection of product strategy, data, engineering, and security to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in senior PM roles with experience in developer platforms, AI tooling, and pharma compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decisions while leading platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent.
• Experience owning product portfolio performance.
• Experience building developer platforms or AI tooling.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
• Knowledge of pharma compliance and VAPT coordination.
• Agile/hybrid project delivery in multi-team programs.

Key responsibilities:

As a Product Manager you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise platform features. You will be responsible for problem definition, technical clarity evaluation and process management. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, data, engineering, architecture, and security, solving complex platform challenges and creating scalable solutions that can deliver real value to users.

Drive Platform Strategy

• Partner with Product Leadership to shape and prioritize high-impact platform initiatives.
• Identify product opportunities and transform recurring needs into scalable shared services.

Build the Data Foundation

• Define how data flows across products and powers reporting analytics with enterprise-wide insights with the use of AI/ML
• Understand source systems, data ownership, quality standards, governance, and access requirements.

Collaborate Across Partner & Internal team

• Work closely with UI/UX, Architecture, Data, Security, Compliance, and Product team to define platform capabilities.
• Drive decisions around integrations, access management, security controls, configuration services, and common platform components.

Deliver Products End-to-End

• Lead initiatives from discovery and planning through development, launch, and adoption.
• Create high-quality PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
• Prioritize roadmaps and backlogs using data, KPIs, and stakeholder insights.

Preferred Competencies

• Start-up/semi start up experience where product ambiguity and technical depth coexist.
• Experience building developer platforms, AI tooling or infra-heavy products.
• Experience owning product features end-to-end, either formally as a PM or informally as a technical lead.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of pharma compliance and VAPT coordination.
• Skilled in Agile/hybrid project delivery, managing complex, multi-team programs.
