Job summary

A leading digital commerce enablement company in India is seeking a Product Manager for their Claims Management Service. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to drive the product roadmap, aiming to deliver innovative solutions that optimize logistics costs and enhance customer experience. Candidates should have 1-4 years of product management experience and strong analytical skills. A background in supply chain or SaaS is preferred, along with proficiency in Excel and SQL.

Qualifications

• Experience within internet start-ups, supply chain organizations, and/or SaaS product companies.
• Comfortable articulating requirements to engineering and design teams.
• Knowledge of domain supply chain/logistics is preferred.
