Job summary

Impelsys Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to own and evolve the product strategy and vision for its B2B solutions in India. You will gather market intelligence, validate ideas with customers, and work across design, engineering and sales to deliver prioritized capabilities.

You will drive roadmap priorities, engage with stakeholders, and guide the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to iteration in an agile environment, ensuring business outcomes are achieved with a holistic view.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• 10+ years of experience with 5 years of product management for B2B Applications and experience with leading the entire product lifecycle.
• Define and own the required product roadmap based on the market landscape, competition, industry trend, etc. and arrive at an execution plan for prioritized list of investments.
• Competent to solve business problems and loves to interact with stakeholders and customers to understand the real problem
• Manages the entire product development cycle from conceptualization to implementation and regular iteration with Agile Methodology.
• You are able to think strategically and holistically about business outcomes, while also being able to act tactically and dive into the details.
• Should be skilled at building strong partnerships and collaborate with various stakeholders including Product managers, architects, and developers
